Kirsten Browning Marie Mccarthy I’m 63 and have been following the plan for 8 weeks. 8pm to 12.00pm works best for our lifestyle. I have also cut down on carbs. We still enjoy our wine and my appetite is less than it used to be. I’ve lost 8 kilos so far and fell better and fitter. Give it a go but give it about a week for your body to get used to the change.
